PROJECT: INVENTA ENTERPRISE AI AGENT PLATFORM

Hello Ralf.
I’m Rico, your Axon Personal AI Agent.

R
Let’s work through this together.

My role is to help you narrow down the right AI-agent architecture for Inventa. I’ll start with the basics, then ask more specific questions based on what you tell me. Please give me reasonably detailed answers rather than only “yes” or “no” — the more context you give me, the better I can work out the recommended agents, workflows, infrastructure, phases, timeline, budget and possible funding routes.

This blueprint turns your AI-agent concept into a practical implementation plan that Axon 1Pro can build, phase by phase, around Inventa's actual workflows, people, engineering knowledge, systems and approval requirements.

WORKING PROJECT NAMEInventa Enterprise AI Agent PlatformA private, orchestrated AI operating layer for Inventa's commercial, engineering, R&D, project, service and corporate workflows.

What Rico understands from your brief

You are not looking for one chatbot or dozens of disconnected agents. The target is a shared Inventa Knowledge Core with an AI Orchestrator coordinating specialised department pods across the group.

  • Protect proprietary process know-how, project history, cost data, R&D and IP inside Inventa-controlled infrastructure.
  • Use AI to retrieve knowledge, prepare work, automate routine steps and coordinate workflows between departments.
  • Keep human approval for quotations, external communication, engineering deliverables, HSE, legal, patent and other high-risk outputs.
  • Integrate with the software Inventa already uses rather than replacing everything.
  • Build in phases, starting with the department or workflow that gives the fastest measurable business return.
  • Use a private LLM for confidential knowledge and selectively use Claude where authorised for complex reasoning and document work.
  • Check whether the applying company may qualify for relevant government grants or innovation support before final commercial planning.
What I need to work out with youWhich pod to build first, what each agent should do, what data and systems it needs, where people approve, what infrastructure is required, the implementation timeline, Axon fees, recurring costs, potential funding routes and the exact inputs needed from Inventa to start development.

Just talk to me naturally. I’ll ask one question at a time, listen to your answer, and use it to decide what I need to ask next. If something is unclear, I’ll politely ask for more detail or offer a suggestion before we move on.

Not sure how to answer?Tell Rico what you do know, even if it is basic — for example whether you use Microsoft 365 or Google, whether you have a website or CRM, roughly how many staff use the system, and what problem you want solved. You can also click Rico Suggest. Rico will not guess blindly; if there is not enough information yet, he will first tell you exactly what basic information he needs.
Deep discovery, not a fixed form.Expect around 15–25 adaptive questions, plus short follow-up questions where something needs clarification. Before I prepare the report, I’ll also ask you to describe your ideal final solution in your own words so the blueprint reflects your final thinking.

All commercial estimates are shown in USD. Third-party infrastructure and subscription costs are shown at provider cost; Axon setup, integration and management fees are separate. Axon active development is USD15,000 per month, invoiced monthly in advance. Final scope, infrastructure, funding eligibility and third-party costs are validated before commercial quotation.
